Mr. Brent’s Cookies is a small baking company specializing in homemade cookies and baked goods. For more than 10 years, I have been baking cookies to share with my loved ones and community, including treating my office at Buckley Space Force base to a tray of cookies every Thursday (now commonly known around the office as “Cookie Thursday
Mr. Brent’s Cookies is a small baking company specializing in homemade cookies and baked goods. For more than 10 years, I have been baking cookies to share with my loved ones and community, including treating my office at Buckley Space Force base to a tray of cookies every Thursday (now commonly known around the office as “Cookie Thursday”). For the past 3 years, I have sold 150 holiday variety cookie boxes at the Holiday Market to raise money for the Buckley Space Force base 460 FSS booster club. Each year, my cookie boxes sold out in 2 to 3 hours. After receiving so much praise about my cookies over the years, I finally decided to start Mr. Brent’s Cookies about 6 months ago to share the joy of my cookies far and wide.
It couldn’t get more homemade than this. Mr. Brent’s cookies are simply delicious; in every bite, you can taste the craft and passion that fuels my baking.

Additional goodies on Mr. Brent’s cookie menu include Peanut Butter Cup cookie (a cross between a chocolate chip and peanut butter cookie with chopped up Peanut Butter Cups), Samoa (shortbread cookie base coated with toasted coconut and caramel with a chocolate base and chocolate drizzled on top), Sugar Rolls (twisted cookie covered with cinnamon sugar, similar to a Churros), Potato Chips (with crushed up potato chips and butterscotch chips, texture similar to a oatmeal cookie), Snickerdoodles (a delicious blend of sugar and cinnamon), Gingerbread (Infused with aromatic spices like cinnamon and ginger. The vanilla frosting atop the cookie adds a sweet touch), and Chocolate Chip cookies (a traditional classic).
